This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Reports To: Hospitality Manager/Managing Director Role Summary The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm, professional, and efficient front-desk experience. The role involves managing incoming communication, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails
  • Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and staff
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where applicable
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and room bookings
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Support general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Follow company policies and maintain high customer service standards
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional atmosphere in the waiting area by keeping noise levels low and guiding guests to avoid unnecessary conversations.
Required Qualifications: & Experience
  • OND / HND / Degree in any field preferred
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (or relevant language) is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Remuneration - ₦70,000 monthly
