This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Close your own pipeline of rentals, property sales, and mandates monthly.
  • Lead and coach sales agents to hit team targets.
  • Set weekly individual/team KPIs and review performance.
  • Manage landlord, tenant, buyer relationships + external agent network.
  • Convert field scouting leads + marketing inbound into signed deals.
  • Create simple sales scripts/processes for rentals and mandates.
  • Report pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasts weekly.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years Lagos real estate sales experience with proven closing record.
  • Experience leading property agents (team lead/unit head).
  • Comfortable riding to properties, negotiating face-to-face, handling difficult landlords.
  • Uses WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, or CRM to track deals.
  • Target-driven with high integrity.
