This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Key Responsibilities: - Close your own pipeline of rentals, property sales, and mandates monthly. - Lead and coach sales agents to hit team targets. - Set weekly individual/team KPIs and review performance. - Manage landlord, tenant, buyer relationships + external agent network. - Convert field scouting leads + marketing inbound into signed deals. - Create simple sales scripts/processes for rentals and mandates. - Report pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasts weekly. Requirements: - 5+ years Lagos real estate sales experience with proven closing record. - Experience leading property agents (team lead/unit head). - Comfortable riding to properties, negotiating face-to-face, handling difficult landlords. - Uses WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, or CRM to track deals. - Target-driven with high integrity.
