## Title: Real Estate Investment Advisor

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to serve as a Real Estate Investment Advisor, specializing in luxury property investments and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities
Manage sales and client relationships in the luxury real estate sector
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Represent the organization at high-end events and stakeholder meetings
Participate in international travel opportunities as required
Lead and mentor team members (for Head of Sales position)

Required Qualifications

BA/BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Investment and Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in luxury sales and sales management
Strong knowledge of Nigerian real estate practices and regulations

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Outstanding customer service skills
Sales-focused mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Team leadership experience (for Head of Sales role)

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary: N150,000 - N350,000
5% commission on sales
