About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to serve as a Real Estate Investment Advisor, specializing in luxury property investments and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities
• Manage sales and client relationships in the luxury real estate sector
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Represent the organization at high-end events and stakeholder meetings
• Participate in international travel opportunities as required
• Lead and mentor team members (for Head of Sales position)

Required Qualifications

• BA/BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Investment and Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in luxury sales and sales management
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian real estate practices and regulations

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary: N150,000 - N350,000
• 5% commission on sales
