An established company is recruiting for the following position. Role Summary
  • This role is for a highly assertive, detail-driven professional who can take full ownership of project reporting and ensure zero tolerance for missed deadlines.
  • The Project Reporting Expeditor will be responsible for enforcing reporting timelines across all project sites and ensuring that Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Accountants, and Store Keepers submit required reports on time — without excuses.
  • You will act as the central link between all project teams and Management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce reporting deadlines across all project teams
  • Aggressively follow up on delayed reports via calls, messages, and site visits
  • Collect and organize reports from Engineering, Accounts, QS, and Stores
  • Maintain a tracking system showing submission status and delays
  • Escalate reporting bottlenecks and repeat defaulters to Management.
Requirements:
  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualfications with experience.
Required Profile:
  • Strong, assertive communication style
  • Comfortable applying pressure and following up persistently
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and teams
  • Confident working with senior staff in a fast-paced environment.
