A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Implementation: Assisting in creating project plans, developing strategies, defining objectives, and setting milestones.
  • Coordination & Administration: Organizing meetings, managing schedules, taking minutes, and updating project management platforms.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Tracking daily progress, identifying risks, flagging delays, and analyzing project outcomes against budget.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records, preparing progress reports, and managing project-related files and contracts.
  • Communication: Acting as a point of contact for team members, clients, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication.
 Qualifications
  • Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project administration or supporting roles.
  • Skills: Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in project management software.
