Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Implementation: Assisting in creating project plans, developing strategies, defining objectives, and setting milestones. - Coordination & Administration: Organizing meetings, managing schedules, taking minutes, and updating project management platforms. - Monitoring & Evaluation: Tracking daily progress, identifying risks, flagging delays, and analyzing project outcomes against budget. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records, preparing progress reports, and managing project-related files and contracts. - Communication: Acting as a point of contact for team members, clients, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication.  Qualifications - Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in project administration or supporting roles. - Skills: Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in project management software.
