About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join ECLAT HR Consulting as a Project Manager in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will oversee telecommunications projects from initiation through completion, managing all aspects of planning, execution, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor telecommunications projects from initiation to completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Oversee all phases of telecom projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives and specifications
• Manage the deployment of new telecom sites and the upgrade of existing ones
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality site build and upgrades
• Plan and oversee tower retrofit projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards
• Implement maintenance schedules for towers, including torque checks and necessary repairs
• Lead operations management efforts, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations
• Manage all civil works related to telecom projects, including foundations, shelters, and access roads
• Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
• Oversee the implementation of new network systems, including hardware, software, and infrastructure
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing networks
• Maintain and update the site database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Generate detailed project reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional teams to address challenges during implementation
• Identify and address project risks, escalating issues as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve operational issues promptly and implement process improvements
