Project Architect - Kloverharris Limited, Lagos

We are seeking a Project Architect who will be responsible for managing architectural design execution from concept through construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents

• Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and other consultants

• Translate design concepts into detailed working drawings for construction

• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution

• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and as-built drawings

• Liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

• Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design and construction projects

• Proven experience working on residential and/or commercial construction projects

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and other design software is an added advantage

• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret drawings and manage multiple project deliverables

• Good communication and teamwork skills
