Project Architect

We are seeking a Project Architect who will be responsible for managing architectural design execution from concept through construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents - Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and other consultants - Translate design concepts into detailed working drawings for construction - Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards - Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution - Review shop drawings, material submissions, and as-built drawings - Liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards - Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture - Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design and construction projects - Proven experience working on residential and/or commercial construction projects - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing - Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and other design software is an added advantage - Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills - Ability to interpret drawings and manage multiple project deliverables - Good communication and teamwork skills
