Supervise production staff to meet daily targets and enforce safety rules, quality standards and company policies.

Monitor machine performance, report equipment issues and maintain accurate production records and daily reports.

Support staff training and performance improvement to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

B.Sc./HND in Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry Engineering or any related discipline.

Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in FMCG production with strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
