Job Description - Supervise production staff to meet daily targets and enforce safety rules, quality standards and company policies. - Monitor machine performance, report equipment issues and maintain accurate production records and daily reports. - Support staff training and performance improvement to ensure efficient operations. Requirements - B.Sc./HND in Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry Engineering or any related discipline. - Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in FMCG production with strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Effective organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
