A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Position Overview:
- The Production Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the production and packaging team. This role ensures all food and beverage products are prepared, packaged, and presented to Lo’meedarfresh standards of quality, hygiene, and speed.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation (juices, smoothies, parfaits, wraps, yogurt, etc.)
- Prepares meals according to established recipes
- Support packaging, labeling, and inventory organization.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Executes daily schedule, opening & closing procedures, and assigned shift tasks as directed
- Assist with receiving and storing raw materials and supplies.
- Monitor expiry dates and assist in first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management.
- Report shortages or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Able to Market and give information about the availability and benefits of different products to walk-in customers
- Create awareness of special offers & promotions, & Meal plans to walk-in customers
- Basic understanding of food production or hospitality operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
- Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
