Production Assistant

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - The Production Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the production and packaging team. This role ensures all food and beverage products are prepared, packaged, and presented to Lo’meedarfresh standards of quality, hygiene, and speed. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in food and beverage preparation (juices, smoothies, parfaits, wraps, yogurt, etc.) - Prepares meals according to established recipes - Support packaging, labeling, and inventory organization. - Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment. - Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times. - Executes daily schedule, opening & closing procedures, and assigned shift tasks as directed - Assist with receiving and storing raw materials and supplies. - Monitor expiry dates and assist in first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management. - Report shortages or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor. - Able to Market and give information about the availability and benefits of different products to walk-in customers - Create awareness of special offers & promotions, & Meal plans to walk-in customers Requirements: - Basic understanding of food production or hospitality operations. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene. - Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
