A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality goods and services for the organization at competitive prices.
  • The role ensures timely procurement processes, maintains vendor relationships, manages inventory levels, and ensures compliance with procurement policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capability.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, vendor contracts, and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and timelines.
  • Inspect and verify quality of supplied goods and services.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications: & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, market research, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software is an added advantage.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
