We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in procurement, preferably within luxury real estate,property management or constructions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and sourcing high-quality construction materials.
  • Experience in vendor evaluation, contract management, and cost optimization.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain logistics, and market trends in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead procurement activities for premium luxury properties.
  • Familiarity with Lagos markets and supplier landscape is an advantage.
