Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in related field. - At least 6 years of professional experience in procurement, preferably within luxury real estate,property management or constructions. - Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and sourcing high-quality construction materials. - Experience in vendor evaluation, contract management, and cost optimization. - Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain logistics, and market trends in the real estate sector. - Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and lead procurement activities for premium luxury properties. - Familiarity with Lagos markets and supplier landscape is an advantage.
