Presales Analyst - Medcourt Support Services Limited (MSS), Lagos

We are looking for a results-driven technical and analytical biomedical engineer who has a vast understanding of healthcare facilities and systems and whose area of interest is in research and sales of medical solutions Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and propose customized solutions using the company’s product portfolio.

• Work in alignment with SAMs to develop product presentations and technical proposals for customer engagements.

• Collaborate with sales representatives to address customer inquiries about technical specifications.

• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of medical devices and other consumables.

• Develop workflows and configurations that meet customer-specific clinical needs.

• . Ensure proposed solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to align customer needs and delivery schedules.

• Act as a technical liaison between the internal team to gather insights for sales pitches.

• Collaborate with technical teams to provide technical training to the sales team on new and existing products.

• Stay updated on advancements in medical technologies and relay relevant insights to internal teams.

Required Qualifications: & Skills:

• A degree in Biomedical Engineering

• 1-2 years technical hands-on experience as a Biomedical Engineer

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

• Analytical thinker with a knack for troubleshooting complex challenges.

• Collaborative team player who enjoys bridging gaps between departments.
