About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Phone Repair Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software faults in smartphones and related devices
• Carry out repairs using approved tools, parts, and service manuals
• Ensure all repairs are logged accurately in the service system
• Maintain proper handling and accountability for spare parts and consumables
• Test devices thoroughly after repair to ensure full functionality and quality assurance
• Adhere to company service turnaround time (TAT) and quality performance targets
• Provide technical support to customer care representatives on repair-related inquiries
• Follow safety, ESD, and quality control procedures in the workshop
• Report repeated defects or technical trends to the Technical Supervisor or Operations Manager
• Participate in regular technical trainings and skill updates provided by the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BSc)
• 3 - 7 years of experience in phone repair or related field
