## Title: Phone Repair Engineer
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Phone Repair Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software faults in smartphones and related devices
- Carry out repairs using approved tools, parts, and service manuals
- Ensure all repairs are logged accurately in the service system
- Maintain proper handling and accountability for spare parts and consumables
- Test devices thoroughly after repair to ensure full functionality and quality assurance
- Adhere to company service turnaround time (TAT) and quality performance targets
- Provide technical support to customer care representatives on repair-related inquiries
- Follow safety, ESD, and quality control procedures in the workshop
- Report repeated defects or technical trends to the Technical Supervisor or Operations Manager
- Participate in regular technical trainings and skill updates provided by the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BSc)
- 3 - 7 years of experience in phone repair or related field
