About the Role
An established company is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Group Chairman. The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, and ready to commence immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman
- Manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Must reside within proximity to Lekki, Lagos
Compensation
N180,000 per month
