This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Position Overview: The Patient Services Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless patient experience while supporting hospital operations and service excellence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and attend to patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Register patients and manage appointments accurately
  • Provide information on hospital services, processes, and billing procedures
  • Coordinate patient flow to reduce waiting times and improve service delivery
  • Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality at all times
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Prior experience in healthcare front desk or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of EMR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Professional appearance and patient-centred attitude
