Position Overview: The Patient Services Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless patient experience while supporting hospital operations and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and attend to patients in a courteous and professional manner - Register patients and manage appointments accurately - Provide information on hospital services, processes, and billing procedures - Coordinate patient flow to reduce waiting times and improve service delivery - Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally - Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality at all times - Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience Requirements: & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field - Prior experience in healthcare front desk or customer service is an advantage - Strong knowledge of EMR - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Professional appearance and patient-centred attitude Note: Walk in interview: Mon 2nd Feb - Fri. 6th Feb. 2026  Time: 9:00am - 3pm Address:  3/5 Adetola Ayeni Street, off Amore Avenue, Freedom Way, Lekki Phase I, Lagos
