A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Summary
  • A Patient Relationship Executive will focus on improving patient experience, ensuring satisfaction, and building strong relationships.
  • They address patient inquiries, manage complaints, and coordinate services to enhance the overall patient journey.
Job Responsibilities
  • Documentation of patients' records.
  • Updating and maintaining patients' records.
  • Managing communication between patients and the doctors.
  • Maintaining records of appointments for medical personnels
  • Assisting medical personnels in planning their schedule of work.
  • Carry out other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-3years relevant work experience.
  • Ability to attend to patients and do their entries, doing patient billing.
  • Computer guru.
