Job Summary - A Patient Relationship Executive will focus on improving patient experience, ensuring satisfaction, and building strong relationships. - They address patient inquiries, manage complaints, and coordinate services to enhance the overall patient journey. Job Responsibilities - Documentation of patients' records. - Updating and maintaining patients' records. - Managing communication between patients and the doctors. - Maintaining records of appointments for medical personnels - Assisting medical personnels in planning their schedule of work. - Carry out other duties as may be assigned. Requirements - Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-3years relevant work experience. - Ability to attend to patients and do their entries, doing patient billing. - Computer guru.
