We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to staffs
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
  • Inspect the store and ensure standard compliance as required by management and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Plan and oversee in-store and online promotional events or displays
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to the innovation of new product strategy, map-out, plan, and manage projects.
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Oversee Accounting / Finance, Marketing, Sales / Communications, Human Resources functions.
  • Serve as the key contact for all internal communications and operational issues between the management and personnel
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business
  • Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and professional development and training programs.
  • Send reports as required by management
  • Manage performance in all our branches
  • Manage PR for the company
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience as a retail manager or in other managerial position
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • B.Sc/ M.Sc in Business administration of related field of study
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Have technology skills and can use apps such as Canva, Capcut
  • Possess strong leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
