Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to staffs
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
- Inspect the store and ensure standard compliance as required by management and resolve any issues that might arise
- Plan and oversee in-store and online promotional events or displays
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
- Contribute to the innovation of new product strategy, map-out, plan, and manage projects.
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Oversee Accounting / Finance, Marketing, Sales / Communications, Human Resources functions.
- Serve as the key contact for all internal communications and operational issues between the management and personnel
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and professional development and training programs.
- Send reports as required by management
- Manage performance in all our branches
- Manage PR for the company
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in other managerial position
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- B.Sc/ M.Sc in Business administration of related field of study
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Have technology skills and can use apps such as Canva, Capcut
- Possess strong leadership skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
