An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Description
  • Lagos Pharmacy Job Connect, a specialized recruitment service for the pharmacy sector, is seeking an Operations & Business Development Associate to support operational activities, improve service delivery, and manage communication with candidates and pharmacy employers.
  • The ideal candidate is organised, articulate, digitally skilled, and capable of maintaining a high standard of accuracy in recruitment documentation.
Key Responsiblties
  • Manage applicant database and ensure proper documentation
  • Prepare accurate Applicant Profiles based on submitted data
  • Follow up with candidates via WhatsApp, email, and phone
  • Coordinate interview scheduling for pharmacy employers
  • Track recruitment workflow and prepare weekly activity reports
  • Assist with online enquiries, leads, and brand visibility tasks
  • Support the Lead Consultant with operational tasks.
Requirements
  • OND / HND / BSc Degree in any discipline
  • 10 - 15 months experience in operations, admin, HR support, customer service or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Very strong attention to detail (accuracy is essential)
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace, (WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Socia Media Marketing, MS Office)
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Interest in business development support is an advantage
Work Conditions:
  • Hybrid (office + remote)
  • Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
