Description - Lagos Pharmacy Job Connect, a specialized recruitment service for the pharmacy sector, is seeking an Operations & Business Development Associate to support operational activities, improve service delivery, and manage communication with candidates and pharmacy employers. - The ideal candidate is organised, articulate, digitally skilled, and capable of maintaining a high standard of accuracy in recruitment documentation. Key Responsiblties - Manage applicant database and ensure proper documentation - Prepare accurate Applicant Profiles based on submitted data - Follow up with candidates via WhatsApp, email, and phone - Coordinate interview scheduling for pharmacy employers - Track recruitment workflow and prepare weekly activity reports - Assist with online enquiries, leads, and brand visibility tasks - Support the Lead Consultant with operational tasks. Requirements - OND / HND / BSc Degree in any discipline - 10 - 15 months experience in operations, admin, HR support, customer service or similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication - Very strong attention to detail (accuracy is essential) - Good knowledge of Google Workspace, (WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Socia Media Marketing, MS Office) - Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision - Interest in business development support is an advantage Work Conditions: - Hybrid (office + remote) - Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
