A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Purpose
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize files, documents, and records (physical & digital).
  • Answer & route phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide customer service.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies; order and restock as necessary.
  • Support team with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Handle confidential info with discretion.
  • Run errands for officers of the company
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management
Requirements:
  • SSCE or OND in any discipline (BSc/HND do not apply)
  • Previous experience as an Office assistant required
  • Strong communication & organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Must reside in Lekki and environs.
Salary    N100,000 monthly.
