Job description
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Purpose
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records (physical & digital).
- Answer & route phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide customer service.
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain office supplies; order and restock as necessary.
- Support team with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Handle confidential info with discretion.
- Run errands for officers of the company
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management
Requirements:
- SSCE or OND in any discipline (BSc/HND do not apply)
- Previous experience as an Office assistant required
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in Lekki and environs.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
