NYSC Intern-Content creator/Social Media Intern at Maurice Xandra Solutions

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Summary Are you passionate about social media, digital content, and business events? We are looking for a Content Creator/social media intern to manage our social media presence, plan content calendars, create, edit videos, and liaise with speakers/partners. Responsibilities

• Manage DBNC’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, YouTube, X).

• Plan, schedule, and maintain the content calendar.

• Write captions, session summaries, and speaker highlights.

• Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, highlights).

• Communicate with speakers and partners to coordinate content.

• Collaborate with the in-house graphics designer for visual content.

• Assist with project coordination for conferences, sessions, and events.

• Track content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC member in Lagos.

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Familiarity with social media trends and engagement strategies.

• Professional in dealing with speakers, partners, and the team.
