An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Brief & Responsibilities The trainee will be guided to do the following with time and training:

An Excellent requisite skills as a contact Centre Engineer

Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improve and implement changes on the Network environment.

Responsible for supporting and managing Network Policy, Troubleshooting incidents and working with deployment teams.

Day-to-day operational functions related to the Network.

Provide Support for full lifecycle management of Network Devices.
