Job Brief & Responsibilities The trainee will be guided to do the following with time and training: - An Excellent requisite skills as a contact Centre Engineer - Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improve and implement changes on the Network environment. - Responsible for supporting and managing Network Policy, Troubleshooting incidents and working with deployment teams. - Day-to-day operational functions related to the Network. - Provide Support for full lifecycle management of Network Devices.
