This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Position Overview:
  • Lead and manage the National Key Account (NKA) team across the country.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and operational management of key account (KA) clients nationwide.
  • Formulate NKA business strategies, policies, and execution plans; ensure effective implementation and performance verification.
  • Build and optimize KA cooperation models, improve client satisfaction, and drive long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support KA clients and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Analyze sales and client data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Set team goals, conduct performance management, coaching, and talent development within the NKA team.
Required Qualifications: & Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Honest, practical, and highly responsible with strong professional ethics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in National Key Account (NKA) or Key Account (KA) management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Solid data analysis and data processing capabilities.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, execution ability, and team management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
