Position Overview:
- Lead and manage the National Key Account (NKA) team across the country.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, and operational management of key account (KA) clients nationwide.
- Formulate NKA business strategies, policies, and execution plans; ensure effective implementation and performance verification.
- Build and optimize KA cooperation models, improve client satisfaction, and drive long-term strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate internal resources to support KA clients and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Analyze sales and client data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Set team goals, conduct performance management, coaching, and talent development within the NKA team.
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Honest, practical, and highly responsible with strong professional ethics.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in National Key Account (NKA) or Key Account (KA) management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid data analysis and data processing capabilities.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, execution ability, and team management experience.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
