Job Summary
Nkoyo Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a sales-oriented Medical Sales Representative to build and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand our market presence within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, customer-focused, and committed to implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and foster strong customer relationships within the assigned territory
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for company pharmaceutical products
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new customers
- Grow sales within existing customer base while maintaining service quality
- Implement and adhere to company sales strategies and marketing programs
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities
- Perform daily sales activities and meet all deadlines
- Maintain and manage customer database efficiently
- Submit timely and accurate sales reports
- Report on competitor activities and collect customer feedback
- Align all activities with company objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₦200,000
- Monthly commission
