Job Summary

Nkoyo Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a sales-oriented Medical Sales Representative to build and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand our market presence within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, customer-focused, and committed to implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and foster strong customer relationships within the assigned territory
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for company pharmaceutical products
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new customers
• Grow sales within existing customer base while maintaining service quality
• Implement and adhere to company sales strategies and marketing programs
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities
• Perform daily sales activities and meet all deadlines
• Maintain and manage customer database efficiently
• Submit timely and accurate sales reports
• Report on competitor activities and collect customer feedback
• Align all activities with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₦200,000
• Monthly commission
