We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations and assist in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and related departments

Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for testing

Record and report test results accurately

Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration

Adhere to quality control procedures and safety standards

Assist senior laboratory scientists with specialized testing when required

Requirements:

Diploma or Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology

Valid practicing license

Good technical and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
