Medical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations and assist in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and related departments - Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for testing - Record and report test results accurately - Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration - Adhere to quality control procedures and safety standards - Assist senior laboratory scientists with specialized testing when required Requirements: - Diploma or Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology - Valid practicing license - Good technical and analytical skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
