Media Officer (Videographer)

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Videography & Content Creation

• Capture high-quality video coverage of school events, classroom activities, assemblies, sports, and special programs

• Plan video shots, angles, and lighting appropriate for different school settings

• Operate video equipment including cameras, gimbals, tripods, and lighting tools

• Record interviews, student features, announcements, and promotional videos

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into engaging, well-structured videos suitable for social media, website, presentations, and archives

• Add basic graphics, captions, transitions, and background music where appropriate

• Ensure all videos meet quality, branding, and content guidelines

Collaboration & Planning

• Work closely with the Head of Media and Media Team to plan video content calendars

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and event coordinators to ensure timely coverage

• Support student media projects under supervision when required

Equipment & Studio Management

• Properly handle, maintain, and store video equipment

• Set up and break down studio and on-location recording equipment

• Report equipment needs, faults, or damages promptly

Compliance & Professional Standards

• Ensure safeguarding, consent, and privacy guidelines are followed when filming students

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

• Adhere to school policies and media ethics
