An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic dual role combining telemarketing, lead generation, and social media management within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Telemarketing & Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote available properties and real estate investment opportunities
• Follow up on leads generated through online and offline campaigns
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for property inspections or consultations
• Provide clients with detailed property information, pricing, and payment options
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions on the system

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to attract potential buyers and investors
• Create and post engaging content including scripts, videos, fliers, and captions showcasing properties, client testimonials, and company updates
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Respond to enquiries and messages on all social media platforms
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for management

Requirements

• 3–5 years of combined experience in telemarketing and social media management, preferably within the real estate sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident phone presence with persuasive sales ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and social media management platforms
• Creativity in content creation using appropriate tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
