We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with different hospitals stakeholders.
  • Analysing patientsfeedback data to determine whether patients are satisfied with hospital services.
  • Providing insight into service development and competitive positioning.
  • Analysing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase hospitalsprofits.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with hospitals managementto determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration,Marketing,Salesor related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in healthcare industry.
  • Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Understanding of market trends, sales techniques and customer engagement.
