Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and sustaining solid relationships with different hospitals stakeholders. - Analysing patientsfeedback data to determine whether patients are satisfied with hospital services. - Providing insight into service development and competitive positioning. - Analysing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase hospitalsprofits. - Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborating with hospitals managementto determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities. - Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration,Marketing,Salesor related field. - Proven experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in healthcare industry. - Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - The ability to travel as needed. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills. - Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills. - Effective communication skills. - Strong business acumen. - Detail-oriented. - Understanding of market trends, sales techniques and customer engagement.
