We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview:
  • The Marketer will be responsible for promoting the microfinance bank’s products and services, driving customer acquisition, increasing deposits, and supporting loan portfolio growth.
  • The role requires active field marketing, relationship management, and meeting set business targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market the bank’s products including savings, current accounts, fixed deposits, and loan products.
  • Source new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct field marketing and community outreach activities.
  • Identify business opportunities within assigned locations or sectors.
  • Meet and exceed monthly marketing and deposit targets.
  • Educate customers on bank products, policies, and benefits.
  • Work closely with branch operations and credit teams to ensure service delivery.
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification of an OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
