Marketer

Position Overview: - The Marketer will be responsible for promoting the microfinance bank’s products and services, driving customer acquisition, increasing deposits, and supporting loan portfolio growth. - The role requires active field marketing, relationship management, and meeting set business targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: - Market the bank’s products including savings, current accounts, fixed deposits, and loan products. - Source new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Conduct field marketing and community outreach activities. - Identify business opportunities within assigned locations or sectors. - Meet and exceed monthly marketing and deposit targets. - Educate customers on bank products, policies, and benefits. - Work closely with branch operations and credit teams to ensure service delivery. Requirements: & Qualifications - Minimum qualification of an OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. - Previous experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services is an added advantage. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior. - Basic knowledge of banking products and financial regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office tools.
