15–20 years’ progressive leadership experience in healthcare financing, health insurance, or managed care operations, including 8+ years at the executive leadership level.

Experience in matrix or group structures, with exposure to dual reporting lines and cross- functional leadership.

Health Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of NHIA guidelines, healthcare provider ecosystems, and payer-provider dynamics.

Financial Acumen: Strong command of P&L management, capital mobilization, and cost containment.
