Requirements: - Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, Health Economics, or equivalent). - 15–20 years’ progressive leadership experience in healthcare financing, health insurance, or managed care operations, including 8+ years at the executive leadership level. - Experience in matrix or group structures, with exposure to dual reporting lines and cross- functional leadership. - Health Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of NHIA guidelines, healthcare provider ecosystems, and payer-provider dynamics. - Financial Acumen: Strong command of P&L management, capital mobilization, and cost containment.
