We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Officer at Azure Hotel & Suites, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
  • The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for routine equipment maintenance, conducting corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safety and functionality of the hotel’s electrical and mechanical systems.
  • The role also includes identifying and addressing maintenance issues, coordinating repairs, and maintaining records and documentation related to all maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair.
  • Knowledge and practical skills related to Electricity and electrical systems.
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and contractors.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Relevant technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is required; additional certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in maintenance within the hospitality industry or similar field
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
