Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Officer at Azure Hotel & Suites, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. - The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for routine equipment maintenance, conducting corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safety and functionality of the hotel’s electrical and mechanical systems. - The role also includes identifying and addressing maintenance issues, coordinating repairs, and maintaining records and documentation related to all maintenance activities. Required Qualifications: - Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair. - Knowledge and practical skills related to Electricity and electrical systems. - Strong written and verbal Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and contractors. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Relevant technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is required; additional certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are an advantage. - Prior experience in maintenance within the hospitality industry or similar field - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
